Plain items:

You may return any item within 14 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging, for a refund.

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period will not be credited unless they are faulty.

School specific logo’d items:

If you have changed your mind and no longer require your order we must be notified within 24 hours of the order being placed.

You may return any item within 14 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging, for exchange only. (This is reduced to 7 days throughout July and August due to strict stock control).

School specific items which are for short term wear, i.e. 1 term or year only, are non returnable except at the managements discretion.

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period will not be credited unless they are faulty.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, such as labels.

For hygiene reasons swimwear must be tried on over an undergarment.

Returns by post are at the customers expense and it is strongly advised that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and obtain a proof of postage.

Postage for exchanged garments is at the customer’s expense.

You are able to return/exchange items to Scallywagz shop free of charge.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

If help is required please call the number given on your Customer Sales Advice or sales receipt.

Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the products.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
