Scallywagz Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Scallywagz. By ordering goods from Scallywagz Online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers. 

Orders
A contract is formed between you and Scallywagz when the goods you have ordered are dispatched. 

Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled. 

Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below. 

For security reasons Scallywagz will be unable to deliver to an alternative address. 
For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £4.99 no matter how large your order, with the following exceptions: personalised name labels. 

We only deliver to the UK. 

Any additional costs will be notified to you by email at the time of order, or if the order is by telephone then any additional delivery costs will be advised of at the time the order is made. 
All packages are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, all goods will require a signature upon delivery. 

Collection from Scallywagz is free of charge.
 
Returns
Plain items:
You may return any item within 14 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging, for a refund.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period will not be credited unless they are faulty. 

School specific logo'd items:
You may return any item within 14 working days of receipt, in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging, for exchange or credit only.
School specific items which are for short term wear, e.g. Guilsborough Year 11 Polos and The Parker E-ACT Academy Summer Term Polos, are non returnable except at the managements discretion.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after this period will not be credited unless they are faulty.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, such as labels.
For hygiene reasons swimwear must be tried on over an undergarment.
Returns by post are at the customers expense and it is strongly advised that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and obtain a proof of postage.
If an exchange is required postage will be at the customers expense.

You are able to return/exchange items to Scallywagz shop free of charge. 

Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If help is required please call the number given on your Customer Sales Advice or sales receipt. Contact must be made with in 14 days of receiving the products.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment
Payment can be made securely online.
We do not accept telephone orders.

Cheques are not accepted.

Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. We will contact you if there is a delay on your item.

We reserve the right to substitute a similar item.

Scallywagz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
